The Site is used by Toan Nam Foods Corp in Vietnam, Toan Nam Foods LLC in the United States, and Toan Nam Foods Ltd in the United Kingdom. In these Terms, “Toan Nam Foods,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the applicable entity or entities.

By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Site.

1. B2B Website and Business Inquiries

The Site provides information for commercial buyers and business partners interested in Vietnamese food products, sourcing, supply, and related services. It is intended for business-to-business (B2B) inquiries and does not provide an online checkout.

Submitting an inquiry or requesting a quotation does not place an order or create a sales contract. A transaction becomes binding only when the relevant parties agree to its commercial terms through the applicable written documents. These may include a quotation, pro forma invoice, purchase order, sales contract, or other written agreement.

The Toan Nam Foods entity responsible for a transaction will be identified in the applicable commercial documents. Use of this shared Site does not make all three entities parties to every transaction.

If you submit an inquiry on behalf of a company, you represent that you are authorized to provide the information and communicate with us on its behalf.

2. Product Information and Quotations

We make reasonable efforts to keep product information accurate. However, availability, specifications, ingredients, packaging, origin, certifications, minimum order quantities, prices, and production or shipping times may change. Images are illustrative and may differ from the final product or packaging.

Quotations may depend on quantity, destination, product specifications, packaging, availability, freight costs, currency, and applicable regulatory requirements. Final product specifications, prices, payment terms, and delivery terms must be confirmed in the documents for the particular transaction.

If a separate commercial agreement conflicts with these Terms, that agreement governs the relevant transaction.

3. Suppliers, Processing Partners, and Certifications

Products offered through Toan Nam Foods may be sourced, produced, processed, or packaged by independent suppliers and facilities.

Any certification, registration, or quality standard mentioned on the Site may apply to a particular supplier, facility, production line, product, or shipment. It should not be assumed to apply to every Toan Nam Foods entity or every product. Buyers should confirm the documents and requirements relevant to their order and destination market.

4. Orders, Payment, and Delivery

Orders, payment arrangements, shipping terms, and delivery obligations are governed by the applicable transaction documents. Delivery dates shown during an inquiry are estimates unless expressly confirmed otherwise in writing.

Customers should make payments only according to instructions issued through the official documents of the relevant contracting entity. If bank details or payment instructions change unexpectedly, please verify them with us through an established contact channel before making payment.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, buyers are responsible for determining the import, registration, labeling, distribution, and other requirements that apply in their destination market. We may provide available supporting documents for the products and shipments concerned.

5. Intellectual Property

The text, images, logos, graphics, documents, and other materials on the Site are owned by, licensed to, or used with permission by Toan Nam Foods or its partners.

You may view Site materials for legitimate business evaluation. You may not reproduce, republish, modify, or use protected Site materials for commercial purposes without prior written permission from the relevant rights holder.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree to provide accurate information when contacting us and not to:

• Use the Site for unlawful or fraudulent purposes;
• Impersonate another person or business;
• Attempt unauthorized access to the Site or its systems;
